Privacy
YourCityAI is sold by SwipVox LLC, a company formed in Wyoming, United States. This page says what we collect when you write to us, buy a licence or set up your city, why, and who else sees it. We aim to meet the EU and UK GDPR, Swiss data protection law and US state privacy laws.

1. What we collect
- When you write to us through the form on this site: your name, email, message, and the network address and browser your message came from (to stop spam).
- When you buy: your email, the plan and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see your card number.
- When you set up your city: your licence key, email, city, the name and look you choose, and a key from each of your four accounts. What happens to those keys is in section 3.
- When you have calls with us (Launch with help): what you tell us to set up your city.
We run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
2. Why we use it

3. The keys to your accounts
Each Test button sends that one key to us so we can make one free check with the service that issued it. The key is not stored or logged. When you press Build, your keys go to our build server, which uses them to install and fill your city on your accounts and deletes them when your build ends. After that, your site runs on your accounts alone; the weekly event refresh runs inside your own Apify account. You can cancel or replace any key at any time from the service that issued it.
The setup page also remembers, in your own browser only, the licence key, email, city and look you entered, so a reload does not lose them. It does not keep your account keys there.
4. Who else sees it
Only the services that run YourCityAI, each for its own job. We do not sell your data.

Your city site's own visitors are not ours: their data stays on your accounts, and you are responsible for it toward them.
5. How long we keep it
Messages: as long as we are talking, then up to two years. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires. Account keys: until your build ends, as above. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email kl@loickarinda.com. In the EU, the UK or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.
7. Data sent abroad
We are based in the United States, and some of the services above work in the US and elsewhere. Where data leaves the EU, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the standard safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's standard contract clauses.
8. Changes and contact
