Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and SwipVox LLC ("YourCityAI", "we", "us"), which sells YourCityAI. They cover buying a licence, setting up your city, and using what we give you. By buying or using YourCityAI you agree to them.

1. What you buy
- The self-host licence: the right to run one city guide (the product behind genevai.ch) for one city, on accounts that belong to you. It includes the guided setup page, the installer, and every update we release while we sell the self-hosted product.
- Launch with help: the same licence, plus up to 5 hours of video calls in which we set up your city with you. Unused hours do not carry over into money back.
Prices are shown on the home page in US dollars and charged once through Stripe, plus any tax that applies. There is no subscription to us.
2. One licence, one city
Each licence key activates one city site. You may run it under your own name and brand, change it, charge your visitors and keep what you earn. You may not resell, share or publish the code itself, or use one licence key for several cities. A second city needs a second licence.
3. It runs on your accounts, and you pay them directly
Your site, its voice guide and its content live on accounts you open and own: Cloudflare, ElevenLabs, Google and Apify, and a weather service if you choose one. You pay those services directly, under their own terms. The setup page shows the expected cost before anything is spent. Their prices can change, and they are not ours to control or refund.
Content is collected for you from public sources: public Facebook events, places and reviews from Google, and any agenda or news sites you choose to add. You are responsible for using that content within each source's terms, and for anything you publish on your site.
4. Your keys
To build your city, the setup page asks for a key from each of your accounts. The keys are used only to install and fill your city, and our build server deletes them when your build ends. The weekly refresh of your events runs inside your own Apify account, not on ours. You can withdraw or replace any key at any time from the service that issued it.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before you activate your licence key. After activation, if we cannot get your city running, we refund you too. Once your city is live on your own accounts, the code cannot be handed back, so that is where the line sits. To ask for a refund, email kl@loickarinda.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. Updates
Every new version is free for as long as we sell the self-hosted product. Updating keeps your city's settings and everything it has collected. If we ever stop selling it, the version you have keeps working on your accounts.
7. Your site, your visitors
Your city site is yours to run. If you collect anything from your visitors (sign-ins, payments, call minutes), you are the one responsible for it toward them, including your own privacy notice and terms. We do not receive your visitors' data.
8. What we promise, and what we do not
We sell the product as it is, and we work to keep it running and to fix what breaks. Beyond what the law requires, we give no other promise that it will suit a particular purpose or never fail. AI answers from the voice guide can be wrong, and listings collected from public sources can be out of date.
9. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its state and federal courts, subject to any consumer protection of the place where you live that cannot be set aside.
11. Changes and contact
